Dark Sector was a pretty damn good game. It was fun. It wasn't a blockbuster title and had a very rushed and poor story and ho hum dialog but the gameplay bits were really fun. I brought the game a week or two after it came out, i'm surprised it was lauded so badly. It was a pretty solid game.

The others though eh. I'm not so sure about.

I think it's a "Hardcore gaming" christian site. He has a review of Fallout 3 up. It's actually not that bad of a review. Surprisingly.

Probably the "Play" trophy in LBP. Acing Bunker is my crown achievement. TAKE THAT WHEEL OF DEATH. That or "Lapped Out" for Wipeout HD. Complete 99 laps in a racebox.

That would be a pretty good idea. Loading times was one of my only small complaints about Black. That and only being able to carry two weapons at one time.

If the 2nd game is like the first but longer and has maybe a more fleshed out plot and better dialog. It will be a even more amazing game. It's a shame more people didn't buy it. One of the 2 fps's that totally floored me and amazed me. The other being Dues Ex which is a FPS/RPG hybrid.

Mafia 2's main character so far doesn't seem as good as the original main character in the first Mafia. He was more believable. But that's just basing everything off that one trailer. I hope they keep the storyline mature and not hokey for Mafia 2.

Yup, as me and some others discussed already. Black was awesome. Can't wait for the sequel. Hopefully the story is delivered better and has better dialog. I liked the surprise ending in the first and the live action cut scenes. Gameplay was awesome.

Imagine the type of destruction rendering they can do with current gen technology.... Mind boggling.

GTA4 didn't produce nearly enough people either. Sure it was a very nice gesture at trying to recreate new york. But it didn't quite do it.

Yes i live in New York (Manhatten) and i go to time square all the time.

Wow. You sound.. A little too hard up on NG2. Both videos look good to me. In fact the nunchuku combo looks really similar to me. The video quality sucks yeah, but the combo's are insane. Wish i had a better video to show you. Trust me the combo's in DMC3 was insane. You ever play it?

Did you read the story? It was hilarious, sounds like made up stories making fun of the "game store horror stories".

Nice combo vids. Love the first one. But it's still not quite as good as DMC3's combo's. http://www.youtube.com/watc... that's one of the better video's. There's betters ones out there but most of their video quality is basically the same.

Yes GoW's combat system isn't as deep as NG and DMC. But it apes both series in everything else. Story, characters, environments, memorable bosses etc. GoW gets difficult when you play on God/Titan mode and that's when you have to be more selective in your attacks, weapons and magic. Still not as deep as NG and DMC but it's not completely shallow like it sounds you're trying to make it. It's just not nearly as deep and engrossing as the other two.

GoW is more of a overall experie...

Being a HUGE fan of the action adventure genre i have to say Ninja Gaiden has the beating fighting system like people here have said. My money for best fighting system still goes to DMC3. The combo's you can pull off in that game is INSANE. It's one of the reasons i didn't like DMC4. It didn't have that same "feel" you get from pulling off a great combo while switching weapons mid connection moves.

Gow combat is more visceral and accessible, but Ninja Gaiden has the de...

Look at how i worded it, i didn't say they should STOP. And if you're a multi console owner just get the game on whichever system you have more friends to play Co-Op with. Simple and easy way to decide.

Wait, wait, wait. There was a demo of Lair? Why was i not privy to this information?

This is an interesting little experiment you got going here. I'll definitely be listening over the next couple of months.

What's the name of your level then? About a good 20 people on my friends list have LBP. Some talented. Others...Not so much.

Some of the most fun is when you actually figure out how to conquer and do something. Like a elevator.

Great interview. I would have liked to read the part about MGS4 and the industry stuff from Scott as well, but that's alright with me.

I was hoping for some SF3 loving with at least ONE character from the game. Yeah i know that it's set 10 years before SF3 but hell i would have tooken a younger Dudley instead of Balrog. I'm not really a big fan of Street Fighter Alpha characters myself, besides Dan.

Thanks for the laugh. That's exactly what i was thinking. That and he looks like he's hopping while he's running. A little too much pep in his step.

Are they STILL doing these comparisons? Sheesh you'd think after the Grid thing they'd be a little cautious or at least not do comparisons as often.
